Welcome to my web portfolio!

I created this portfolio as one of the degree requirements for my MLS in July 2009. I will continue to maintain it and add to it as a means of sharing my academic and career progress.

For now, I have preserved the format that was dictated by the Capstone class requirements, but given that few visitors will have the time to visit all these links, I’d like to recommend the following examples as the most pertinent and illustrative:

~an essay which explores issues of library service to minority communities

~a sample finding aid created during my internship with the Oregon Jewish Museum

~an article which considers the future of archival institutions through the perspective of management theory

(The papers themselves follow a brief statement of the class assignments which generated them and an explanation of how the work meets the goals of the Capstone review.)
